摘要
以钜星锻压100 t桥式吊车重型钢结构厂房为例,介绍关于重型钢结构厂房的结构、典型节点的设计与思路。通过有限元软件进行设计与校核。主要结构为格构柱+变截面钢梁,围护结构采用轻型的屋面和墙面,正式投入使用以来,运行良好。
Based on the design example for Juxing Smithery＇s heavy steel structure workshop with 100 t bridge crane.The analysis of design and thoughtfulness of the structure and typical nodes for heavy steel structure workshop are introduced.FEM software is adopted to design and checked.The main structure is composed of lattice columns and variable section beams,and the maintenance structure is light-weighted roof and wall.
