摘要
对冷弯方(矩)形钢管屋盖结构与钢管混凝土柱框架结构的应用概况、方(矩)形钢管的性能特点、其相关的现行国内外材料标准以及不同类型方(矩)形钢管的成型工艺等进行综述。并对方钢管、圆钢管与H型钢的力学性能参数、耐锈蚀性等进行了量化的比较分析。还比较了我国方(矩)形钢管国家标准GB/T 6728-2002《结构用冷弯空心型钢尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差》与建设部标准JG/T 178-2005《建筑结构用冷弯矩形钢管》的内容与差别,提出了应用时的注意事项。同时还介绍了一种延性、焊接性能都更好的方(矩)形钢管——最终热成型方(矩)形钢管的性能特点与应用简况。最后对在工程中推广方(矩)形钢管的应用提出了建议。
The paper summarizes the application of cold-formed square(rectangular) steel tube roof structure and concrete filled steel tubular column,the performance features of square(rectangular) steel tube,relevant domestic and foreign material standard in force and shaping technology for different categories of steel tube,etc.It also conducts quantized comparison analysis to the mechanical performance parameters and rust resistance of square steel tube,round steel tube and H section steel.The contents and differences are compared between national standard for square(rectangular) steel tube GB/T 6728-2002 and JG/T 178-2005 in China,and the attention in application is proposed.Meanwhile,it also introduces the performance features and application of hot finished rectangular hollow section,a kind of steel tube with better ductility and weldability,finally it puts forward suggestions for popularizing the application of square(rectangular) steel tube in engineering.
