热轧卷板开平板的消应工艺研究

通过金属磁记忆法检测应力,提供热轧开平板分别在振动消应、一次校平消应、二次校平消应、三次校平消应、一次校平+喷砂消应、直接喷砂消应等不同工艺措施后的消应效果。比对热轧板的内应力,选择一次校平+喷砂工艺为热轧开平板的消应校平工艺。

The stress is detected by metal magnetic memory method,and stress relief state of hot-rolling straightening steel sheet is provided after multiform technic such as vibration stress relief,once straightening stress relief,twice straightening stress relief,triple straightening stress relief,once straightening and sandblasting stress relief,sandblasting stress relief,etc.Compare to the stress graph of hot-rolling steel sheet,once straightening and sandblasting stress relief is selected to be stress relief technology of hot-rolling straightening steel sheet.
