儿童慢性咳嗽与鼻后滴漏综合征的关系
摘要
目的:探讨儿童慢性咳嗽与鼻后滴漏综合征(PNDS)的关系。方法:对确诊为PNDS的76例患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:PNDS病因主要为慢性鼻窦炎、慢性鼻炎,占71.05%,其次为变应性鼻炎合并鼻窦炎、腺样体肥大。结论:鼻后滴漏综合征与慢性咳嗽之间存在着病理上的因果关系;加强对鼻后滴漏综合征的认知,明确诊断、综合治疗、防止误诊。
