Discussion on Hacker Technique

基于黑客技术对网络具有破坏能力,表明黑客技术是对计算机系统和网络的缺陷和漏洞的发现。通过对黑客技术的分析,明确了它属于科学技术范畴,产生因素与网络安全、Internet的基础TCP/IP协议、网络设备和具有联网能力的操作系统密不可分。并分析了我国黑客技术投入少、认识不足的现状,提出了解决建议。

The Hacker technique＇s ability of destroying the network indicates that hacker technique involves the detection of defects and loopholes of computer system and network. Through an analysis of hacker technique, it is defined, that this technique belongs to the scientific and technical field, and its producing factors closely relates to basic TCP/IP protocols of Intemet, online security, network equipment and operating system with networking capability. The paper also analyzes the fact of little investment and lack of understanding of hacker technique in China, and proposes some suggestions for solving the problems.
