前牙光固化复合树脂修复体松脱85例临床分析

摘要 目的探讨前牙光固化复合树脂修复体松脱的原因。方法收集85例前牙光固化复合树脂修复体松脱病例,其中上前牙69例,下前牙16例;Ⅲ类洞45例,Ⅳ类洞31例,Ⅴ类洞9例,分析其脱落原因。结果85例修复体松脱原因中,治疗操作不当41例,占48.24%;误咬硬物18例,占21.18%;材料老化15例,占17.65%;继发龋8例,占9.41%;其他因素3例,占3.52%。结论临床治疗操作不当是前牙光固化修复体松脱的最主要原因,规范准确的治疗操作有助于修复体取得良好的固位。
