摘要
通过分析沟通行为要素,以沟通主体和沟通对象为起点,建立产品研发沟通模型,并以沟通者主观素质相似度、关系度和沟通任务意会度为维度,构建沟通成本模型,提出四种研发组织形态,最后通过实例加以说明。
Subject and object of communication are taken as points of view to build the communication model with analyzing the communication factors for automobile R&D process.Communication cost model consisted of diathesis similarity,communicatee relationship and tacit information of communication is also built up.And based on that,4 types of R&D organization modality are proposed.Finally an example is given.
