起重机金属结构三维变型设计研究与应用

摘要 结合起重机金属结构的设计特点,采用柔性模块、产品控制结构草图的变型设计方法,实现了产品特征级、零件级、部件级、产品级的三维参数化变型设计;基于拓扑约束、尺寸约束、工程约束研究了工程图自动调整技术,使三维参数化模型驱动后与之相关联工程视图信息自动更新。以桥式起重机金属结构为实施对象,开发了工程化的计算机辅助设计系统,快速生成的图纸能满足企业生产实际要求。 The framework and key technologies that play a vital role in three dimensional variant design were issued in this paper. According to the metal structural characteristic, it built up flexible module and corrfigurable sketch. The four levels variant design including feature, component, assembly, and product were also presented. The automatic adjust of engineering drawing based on topology constraint, dimension constraint and engineering constraint has been introduced, which automatically adjust all the engineering information in 2D drawing. Under the support of these theories, a rapid design system based on Solid works CAD platform was developed. With the testing work on the interrelated cranes, the application system has validated the feasibility and practicability of the method in this paper.
