奥施康定联合加巴喷丁治疗骨转移癌疼痛的临床观察

Clinical observation of Oxycont in combined with Gabapentin in painful bony metastases patients

目的:探讨加巴喷丁对骨转移癌疼痛患者的疗效。方法:选择骨转移癌疼痛的患者24例作为研究对象,生理盐水安慰剂治疗组6例为A组,加巴喷丁治疗组6例为B组,奥施康定治疗组6例为C组,加巴喷丁+奥施康定治疗组6例为D组,采用视觉模拟评分(visualanaloguescale,VAS)和睡眠质量评分(qualityofsleep,QS)来评估并记录患者给药后第1、2、3、4周的疼痛程度。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗后各药物治疗组患者VAS、QS评分明显下降(P<0.05),生理盐水安慰剂组也有改善疼痛症状的作用。结论:联合使用奥施康定和加巴喷丁可以显著改善视觉模拟评分和睡眠质量评分,并且副作用轻微,可作为临床治疗骨转移癌疼痛的一种较理想的治疗方式。

Objective： To assess the efficacy of Oxycontin combined with Gabapentin in painful bony metastases patients. Methods： 24 patients with painful bony metastases were randomly allocated to the following 4 groups, group A（Saline）, group B （Gabapentin）, group C （Oxycontin）, group BD （Gabapentin plus Oxycontin）, each group of 6 cases. The degree of pain and quality of sleep were assessed by a blinded observer using Visual Analogue Scale （VAS） and Quality of Sleep （QS） in the last day of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th weekend after therapy. Results： Compared with pretherapy, the VAS scores and Qs scores of all patients decreased significantly after drugs therapy （P〈0.05）. The VAS scores and QS scores of saline group also reduced. Conclusion： The application of Oxycontin combined with Gabapentin can relieve the degree of painful bony metastases and improve the quality of sleep. It is worth recommending in clinical practice.
