摘要
通过对液相质谱仪中一款PC薄壁大盘零件的工艺性的研究和试验,提出了合理的工艺方案,克服了零件易变形的问题,并达到了尺寸CPk≥1.33的要求;同时在其它两款相似零件上进行了验证,分析总结出PC零件精密机加工的优化方案。
The plastic part of PC has been studied and experimented working with supplier,which is easy to deform with large diameter and thin wall;and finally achieved a optimized processing approach to meet Cpk requirement and dimensions stable;at same time,sum up a set of precision machining process for PC parts,and verified and applied other two similar parts.
