摘要
评价医院运营效率离不开相应评价技术方法,近年来,数据包络分析(DEA)分析方法在医院投入产出效率评价方面应用已引起研究者的较多关注,鉴于传统数据包络分析不能体现评价者主观偏好选择,论文将数据包络分析方法(DEA)与层次分析法(AHP)结合起来,对某省不同城市医院的投入产出效率进行了研究。研究结果显示,基于DEAHP评估模型的评价结果更加具有可区分性,且考虑了评价者的主观意愿,因此更符合实际应用的需要。
Evaluation on the efficiency of hospital operations can not be separated from the corresponding methods of evaluation techniques. In recent years, the data envelopment analysis （DEA） on the efficiency of the evaluation at the hospital application has attracted more attention of researchers. In view of the traditional data envelopment analysis does not reflect the subjective preferences, this paper make data envelopment analysis （DEA） and Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP） to combine to analyze the efficiency of input-output efficiency of the hospital of different cities of a province＇s. The results showed that taking into account the subjective preferences, the results of the evaluation based on DEAHP are more distinguished, and then more in line with the needs of practical applications.
