摘要
本文主要针对野战医学PACS系统中海量影像数据的存储与传输问题,将模糊聚类优化思想应用于医学序列图像的分形压缩。通过采用有效组织分形编码搜索空间的方法,提高了编码效率,从而实现编码速度的明显改善。相同运算环境下的仿真实验结果说明,在不影响信噪比和压缩比的前提下,与传统序列图像分形压缩算法相比,本文的OFC算法编码速度可提高大约5倍,这有力证明了本文算法的优越性。
In order to reduce the coding time of tradition method, a fast sequence image fractal compression algorithm is presented in this paper. Based on the principle of optimal fuzzy clustering (OFC), this technique clearly outperform to the classic method relying on reduction of the size of domain pool by classification. In computer simulation, the OFC-based algorithm for the fractal coding scheme achieve excellent performance. For some standard and medical sequence image, the results denote that the encoding speed is improved about 5 times faster than the conventional fractal image coding in case of the fixed compression ratio and the quality of the reconstructed image can be better retained.
