通过观察大量的篮球比赛和查阅资料,对篮球运动节奏的定义及能否正确而深刻理解篮球运动的节奏,并运用节奏变化来争取主动权等几个方面作了分析探讨。并对篮球比赛的节奏进行了分类、归纳。初步勾画篮球比赛节奏框架,为篮球运动的发展提供一些参考资料。
A comment on the definition of basketball rhythm,and interpret the basketball rhythm accurately or not.Meanwhile analyze how to catch the initiative with the change of rhythm. Distribute and generalize basketball matches,and draw a tentative outline of it.
