摘要
提出并制备一种C/C复合材料防氧化复合涂层,其基本结构为TiC粘结层/SiC氧阻挡层/ZrO2-MoSi2外涂层,研究了其制备工艺、组织结构,对各单一涂层的防氧化作用及效果进行了分析,并对其抗氧化性能进行了测试。通过比较四种成分组成的抗氧化陶瓷外层的抗氧化性能,结果表明:随着外涂层中MoSi2含量的增多,复合涂层的抗氧化性能增强,其中带有TiC/SiC/MoSi2涂层的C/C复合材料试样在1300℃氧化40h后失重仅为0.059g/cm2,氧化失重速率为4.1×10(-7)g/cm2·s,表明该涂层具有良好的抗氧化性能。
Multilayer oxidation protection coatings consisting of a TiC bond layer, a SiC oxygen hoer and an outerlayer of ZrO2-MoSi2 were prepared on carbon- carbon composites. Fabrication techniques, microstructure function and mechanism of each layer were studied. Ozidation resistance of the multilayer coating increases with increasing amount of MoSi2 in outer layer. A carbon -carbon composites with TiC/SiC/MoSi2 multilayer coating showed a mass loss of only 0. 059 g/cm2 after oxidizing under 1 300℃ for 40 home, which indicated that the coating can Provide excellent oxidation protection.
