The Study on China's Bank Queuing System

本文运用运筹学中的排队论M/M/C模型,从不同角度分析了我国银行排队的原因,探索与研究了我国银行排队系统存在的问题及解决思路,为银行管理者合理地设置窗口、优化系统、提高效率,提供了决策参考。

Using queuing theory and M/M/C model of operational research,the article conducts case study of a bank queuing system. It analyzes the reasons of queuing from different respects,and explores the problems and solutions in particular local conditions. The article provides reference for bank managers on window setup,system optimization,and efficiency improvement.
