我国地下水源热泵应用现状和监管措施探讨

Current status of groundwater source heat pump utilization in China and supervisory suggestions

近年,在国家宏观政策指引和地方政府大力扶持下,地下水源热泵工程数量持续、快速增加。由于缺乏有效的监督和管理,许多工程逐渐暴露出一些问题。在了解地下水源热泵技术原理、特点的基础上,根据国内外地下水源热泵技术应用现状,分析了我国地下水源热泵工程管理中存在的主要问题,提出了加强我国地下水源热泵工程监管的建议。

Under the guidance of national macro-policies and with the support of local government, the number of groundwater source heat pump projects increased continuously and rapidly in recent years. Due to insufficient supervision and inefficient management, many problems occurred in some projects. The theory and characteristics of groundwater heat pump technology was presented. The current status of worldwide groundwater source heat pump development was reviewed and the main problems of groundwater heat pump supervision and management in China were analyzed. The impact of groundwater source heat pump development on groundwater resources was also discussed. Moreover, some suggestions on strengthening the supervision and management of groundwater source heat pump project were proposed in this paper.
