仿麦氏小切口腹膜后结扎治疗精索静脉曲张

The application of imitation McBurnesy 's mall incision retroperitoneal aricocele ligation in the treatment of varicocele

目的探讨仿麦氏小切口腹膜后结扎治疗精索静脉曲张的疗效。方法采用仿麦氏小切口腹膜后结扎精索内静脉,治疗精索静脉曲张145例。结果145例患者中,平均手术时间15min,126例术后3个月复诊,其中119例症状、体征明显改善,7例改善不明显;33例因精索静脉曲张继发不育病人中,30例精子数目、活力明显改善,3例无改善。继续随访者中(9例失访),平均随访时间为6～12个月,无复发及睾丸萎缩、阴囊水肿等。结论该术式操作简便、手术时间短、微创、疗效好、复发率低,适合临床广泛应用推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the imitation McBumey＇ s small incision retroperitoneal varieoeele ligation in the treatment of varicocele. Methods One hundred and forty-firve patients with varicocele were treated by imitation McBumey＇ s small incision retroperitoneal spermatic vein ligation. Results In 145 patients, the mean operative time was 15 min. One hundred and twenty-six patients were reexamined 3 months after operation, of them symptoms and signs markedly improved in 119 patients;the improvement was not obvious in 7 patients. In 33 with secondary infertility patients due to varicocele, the number and viability of sperm markedly improved in 30 patients ;no improvement were found in 3 patients. During continuative follow-up for 6 - 12 months, lost of follow up was found in 9 patients ;no recurrence,testieular atrophy and scrotal edema were found. Conclusion The technique has advantages such as simple operration, shorter operation time,less trauma, better efficacy, and low relapse rate and is suitable for widely clinical application.
