Many problems exist with the traditional ideological and political courses’ evaluation system,the major one is not to accurately grasp the relationship between the ideological and political education. Therefore,the reform must start from the fundamental relationship between the ideological and political education,grasp the premise and the basic principles of the reform,then analyzes the specific problems based on practice.
