骨髓干细胞治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样变的探讨

An exploration of autologous marrow stem cells transplantation for treatment of vulvar non-neoplastic intraepithelial lesions

目的探讨自体骨髓干细胞移植治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样变的机理。方法提取自体骨髓血中的干细胞，在外阴病变部位多点注射。结果10例患者均行干细胞种植1次，其中治愈3例，显效4例，有效2例，无效1例。结论自体骨髓干细胞移植可明显恢复病变部位的皮肤，是治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样变的新的有效方法。

Objective To explore mechanism of autologous marrow stem cell transplantation for treatment of vular non-neoplastic intraepithelial lesions. Methods The stem cells were extracted from autologous marrow of patient with vular non-neoplastic intraepithelial lesions and injected into many spots with vulvar squamous lesions of patients themselves. Results 10 patients all received autologous marrow stem cells transplantation one time. Of them, 3 patients cured, 4 patients were effectual, 6 patients were effective and 1 patient was ineffective, the total effective rate was 90%. Conclusion Autologous marrow stem cells transplantation can obviously recover the vulvar skins with the lesions and is a novel and effective therapy for vulvar non-neoplastic intraepithelial lisions.
