伪国立新民学院的研究——以日籍教师为中心

Some Investigations into Puppet National Xinmin College

伪国立新民学院自称"最高学府",是沦陷下华北地区最重要的教育机构之一,1938年初由北支那方面军和外务省创建于北平。伪新民学院的建校精神是"新民主义",其教育目的是"培养与友邦提携先知先觉的兴亚官吏",教育对象限于中国人,主要是伪临时政府的在职官员和大学及高中毕业生,学生在学期间的一切费用都由学院支给。伪新民学院不仅实施速成教育,还实施正规教育。它不仅仅是汉奸养成学校,还是高等教育机构。因为伪新民学院的毕业生大都充任伪临时政府中级以上的官员,所以其活动对整个沦陷下的华北都产生了重大影响。本文从日籍教师的角度来考察"国立新民学院"的实态。

Founded in Beijing in early 1938 by the North China Front Army and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, the puppet National Xinmin College called itself as the highest learning institution. It was one of the most important educational institutions in Northern China at the period of Japanese occupation. With New Citizenism as its foundation spirit, the puppet National Xinmin College aimed to train Chinese officials in the puppet governments and students in universities and high schools to become officials with Japanese favor. Students of the college were free of all expenses. Both accelerated course and regular course were carried out in the college. It served as an institution for training traitors and higher education. Because most of its graduates held middle or higher positions in the puppet government, this college was influential all over the Northern China in the period of Japanese occupation.
