妊娠期高血压疾病与肝细胞生长因子研究进展

摘要 妊娠期高血压疾病是常见的严重危害母婴健康的妊娠并发症,目前其发病机制尚不明确。众多学者致力于妊娠期高血压疾病预测的研究,提出胎盘或滋养细胞缺血与其发病关系密切。肝细胞生长因子被认为与滋养细胞的增殖或侵蚀有关。该文对近年来肝细胞生长因子的生物学特性及其在妊娠期高血压疾病中发生、发展和临床预测方面的研究进展进行综述。 Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy (HDCP) is a common pregnancy complication that threatens health of mother and infant seriously. The pathogenesis of HDCP is unkown yet now. Recently, many researchers focus on prediction of HDCP and indicated . that placental or trophoblastic ischemia is closely associated with HDCP. Hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) is thought to be concerned with proliferation and invasion of trophocyte. This article reviwed biological features of HGF and its relationship with occurrence and development of HDCP.
