摘要 利用补偿模糊神经网络构建高职院校教师的教学评价模型,借鉴《机械制图》教学过程中总结出的零件制作6个步骤,形成"六步法则",将其应用于模型构建的整个过程。数据验证结果表明,该模型评价精度较高,有利于合理地对教师教学能力的评价,并将有效地促进学校推行绩效考核机制,促进人才培养质量的提升。 this paper makes use of compensatory fuzzy neural network to build vocational schools teachers" teaching evaluation model and by referring to the "Mechanical Drawing" which summed up the six - steps process of producing parts and formulate the principle of six steps. By applying it to the entire model - building process,, data validation results show that the evaluation is high in precision, is conducive to rational evaluation of teaching ability of teachers, and will contribute effectively to schools in implementing performance appraisal mechanism to promote the enhancement of quality of personnel training.
