摘要
本文运用了文献资料、实验、问卷调查、数理统计等科研方法对表象训练在普通高校足球选修课中技术教学进行了分析。研究结果显示:表象训练教学法比传统教学更能有效地提高教学质量,促进运动技能的形成;更能发挥学生的主观能动性,提高学生的思维能力、观察能力和认知能力,最大程度地调动学生的学习兴趣和激发学生的学习动机。
This paper uses literature, experiments, survey research and statistical methods analysis of imagery training on college football technical teaching in general education elective courses. The results showed that: imagery training approach is more effective than traditional teaching to improve the quality of teaching and promoting the formation of motor skills; also can give full play to the initiative of students, improve their thinking ability, observation ability and cognitive ability and the largest stimulate the students'mobilization and interest in football learning.
