摘要
混凝土结构工业厂房施工中,结构构件的吊装工艺是整个施工中很重要的工序。本文对预制混凝土吊车梁和大跨度混凝土屋架构件吊装施工技术从构件的布局、吊装前的准备及构件的吊装工艺进行了一些分析,并对18m、27m屋架的吊装方案进行改进且成功实践做了一些粗浅探讨,能为工程实践提供一些有益参考。
Hoisting technology of prefabricated reinforced concrete structure component directly affects industrial plant construction. The shallow discussion of industrial plant hoisting construction technology of the prefabricated concrete crane girder component and long-span space roof Frames structuresis is done from the overall arrangement of the pre- fabricated component, the preparative work before the element hoisting construction, the material hoisting constructing course ,and the succeed practice in the ameliorate hoisting project of the 18meter and the 27 meter roof Frames come true, it may offer reference for the industrial plant construction.
