摘要
在前期研究强脉冲磁场处理与低频脉冲交变磁场处理降低焊接残余应力的基础上,进一步对A3和30CrMnSiA钢制作的单向拉伸试样分别进行强脉冲和低频脉冲交变磁场处理。结果表明,单向拉伸试样经过磁场处理后,其内部拉伸应力都有明显下降的趋势,从而进一步证实了磁场处理在焊接试样上所取得的结果。
Based on former research on welding residual stress reduction by strong pulsed and low frequency alternating pulsed magnetic treatment (SPMT and LFMT), the uniaxial tensile specimens made of A3 and 30CrMnSiA steel were treated by SPMTand LFMT respectively. The results show that internal stresses in tensile specimens are reduced. Therefore former results on the welded specimens were verified.
