摘要
在对比振动攻丝和普通攻丝切削力特点的基础上,分析了攻丝轴向力对螺纹精度的影响,试验研究了轴向力与螺纹精度和螺纹牙型表面质量的对应关系。结果表明,振动攻丝是加工精密内螺纹的有效方法。
In this paper, the characteristics of cutting forces of vibratory tapping and conventional tapping are studied by the comparative method. And the influence of the axial force on the tapping accuracy is theoretically analyzed. The relationship between the axial force and the thread accuracy and surface quality of the thread teeth is studied through the experiments, which shows that the vibratory tapping is an effective tapping process for cutting precision internal thread.
