油菜秆刨花板制造工艺研究

Study on Manufacturing Technology of Rape Stalk Particleboard

对非木材原料———油菜秆制造刨花板的研究结果表明：以油菜秆为原料可以制造出符合ＧＢ／Ｔ４８９７—９２优等板标准的刨花板。试验还指出，油菜秆原料的ｐＨ值和缓冲容量较高，直接影响胶粘剂的固化，也是影响油菜秆刨花板力学性能和耐水性能的主要因素之一，最后提出了减轻这一影响的工艺措施。

There are large rape growing areas in southern and south western China so that it is very meaningful in making particleboard from rape stalk,which to ease the lacking of wood material.Experiment results showed that mechanical and physical properties of the board were able to meet the demand of GB/T 4897—92.But conventional manufacturing technology of particleboard had to be adjusted and improved because physical and chemical characteristics of rape stalk were different from that of wood material,such as,pH value and buffer capacity of the rape stalk were higher than that of wood.Technology of tackling with the side effects derived from the raw material was also developed.
