计算机辅助饲料厂工程设计的研究

A Study on the Computer Aided Design System for Designing of Feed Mill

本系统是将计算机辅助设计引入饲料厂工程设计，作者以ＡｕｔｏＣＡＤ平台为支撑软件，利用参数化绘图原理，研制开发了饲料厂工程设计的计算机辅助系统。系统主要包括绘制设备流程图、绘制设备安装图、绘制建筑平面图、绘制饲料厂设计中非标准件等子系统，并建立了相应的图形符号库、设备图形库以及数据库。实践证明，采用饲料厂工程设计的计算机辅助系统，不仅提高了设计图纸的质量，而且大大提高了设计人员的工作效率，缩短了设计周期。

The computer aided design(CAD) system has been used in the project design of feed mill. Based on the environment of Auto CAD for windows, a CAD system for the project design of feed mill has been developed. This system consists of several sub-systems for making the drawings such as the feed processing flow sheet, the equipment installation plan, the building plan and the non-standard parts design, as well as the relevant graphic and symbolic base, equipment graphic base and data base have been established. The practice proved that the CAD system not only can improve the design quality but also can greatly improve the designer′s efficiencies, so that the design period can be shortened.
