柠檬酸渣生物转化为酸性蛋白酶饲料的研究 被引量:3

摘要 以柠檬酸渣为主要原料进行固态发酵生产酸性蛋白酶的试验,研究了不同培养基成分及培养条件对产酶的影响,并进行了曲盘扩大试验和酶学性质探索。结果表明:曲盘扩大培养中,适宜的发酵培养基为:柠檬酸渣65%、麸皮2425%、豆饼粉10%、尿素025%、KH2PO405%;在30℃时,培养时间为48h,酸性蛋白酶酶活力可达到4000μ/g。 The trial was done through acid proteinase produced from the citric acid wastes as main raw materials by solid state fermentation. The effects of different medium compositions and fermentation conditions on the production of proteinase were studied. Meanwhile, the enlarged fermentation experiment and the proteinase characteristics were discussed. The results showed that the activity of acid proteinase was 4 000 μ/g when the mediums (i.e 65% citric acid wastes, 24.25% wheat bran, 10% soybean cake meal, 0.25% urea, 0.5% KH 2PO 4) cultivated for 48 hours at the temperature of 30 ℃ in the enlarged fermentation.
