摘要
针对糖汁量的变化和石灰乳波美度变化进行自适应控制,预灰采用玻璃pH变送器,使检测精度大大提高,并能方便地进行随机校正。
In this paper the software design for real time purification process control is presented,and the application of a pH sensorisalso introduced. In addition, results of industrial experiment are presented and discussed. The system has been successfully used in a beet sugar plant in northeast of China.
