摘要
利用金相显微镜及扫描电镜对在Al-12%Si合金上等离子喷涂大约厚01mm左右的喷涂镍层的组织形态及两相界面做了细致观察。观测表明,在基体铝合金与带状喷涂镍层之间存在由厚氧化膜形成的不规则熔合线,阻碍焊合作用。因此在现有工艺条件下,镍与铝合金尚未达到冶金上的熔合,对两相结合机理也做了进一步探讨。
Ni Coating, about 0 1mm is sprayed on Al-12%Si alloy by plasma spraying technique. The microstructure and interface of bonding layer are observed by metallography and SEM. It is shown that under avaivlable condition, the bond between Ni coating and base metal is not metallurgical bond. The irregular melting line shaped by thick oxide film of base metal stop welding reaction. And its bonding mechanism is discussed.
