中高精度镜片的高效线加工

本文提出了用现有高效线设备批量加工中高精度镜片的方法。对于表面疵病要求Ⅲ级以上的镜片来说，在其它材辅料都能符合要求的情况下，通过采用增加精磨工序、人员调整和改进修模方式后，基本上能实现中高精度镜片的批量生产。

The method of using the high efficient machines on hand to batch process the lens with medium high accuracy is put forword. To the lens of which the surface quality is gradeⅢ, if the material and supplies meet the reguirement, the batch brocessing of the lens with medium high accuracy can be realized on the whole by adding fine grinding procedure, rational disposition of workers and improving the method of polisher surface correcting.
