This case study looks at the strategies for shortening the duration of a fatigue test and the wider implications of using nCode FATIMAS EDIT in the product development cycle,In particular,the benefits of linking design analysis and test when considering fatigue are highlighted as part of the 'Integraed Durability Management'process.Various fatigue editing strategies are explored highlighting the importance of selecting a method which meets the engineering requirements.
