摘要
目前大学生的身心健康状况令人堪忧,而体育锻炼不失为提高学生身心健康的有效手段,其中太极拳不仅具有良好的健身祛病的功效,而且还蕴含着丰富的中国传统文化和传统哲学思想,增强体质效果显著,促进学生的心理健康效果好,可使学生终身受益.
At present the physical and mental health of college students is worrying,and increase physical activity may be an effective means of physical and mental health of students,which not only has a good Taijiquan illnesses and the effectiveness of fitness,but also contains a wealth of traditional Chinese culture and traditional philosophy,enhanced Notable physical effects,and promote the mental health effects of the students,and students can benefit from life.
