摘要
目的建立降香药材及降香挥发油中反式苦橙油醇的含量测定方法,并比较不同商品来源降香药材中降香挥发油及反式苦橙油醇含量。方法采用气相色谱法,RTX-1701弹性石英毛细管柱(320μm×15 m,0.25μm),以FID为检测器,内标为正十四醇。结果降香药材中挥发油的含量为1.01%-2.70%,挥发油中反式苦橙油醇的含量为40.35%-53.30%,反式苦橙油醇在0.15-0.42 mg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.81%。结论采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取降香挥发油和采用气相色谱法测定降香挥发油中反式苦橙油醇的含量,方法简便,可行;9个不同商品来源的降香挥发油的含量差别较大,挥发油中反式苦橙油醇的含量也有差别。
Objective To develop a GC method for analyzing d-nerolidol and volatile oil in Ligunm Dalbergiae Odoriferae from different origins. Methods Samples were analyzed on a RTX-1701 (320 μm × 15 m, 0.25μm) column by using FID as the detector and 1-tetradecanol as internal standard. Results Content of volatile oil in Ligunm Dalbergiae Odoriferae was 1.01% - 2.70% , and the content of dnerolidol was 40.35% -53.30%. d-nerolidol had a good linearity in the range of 0.15 -0.42 mg/ml, and the average recovery, was 98.81%. Conclusion Contents of the volatile oil and d-nerolidol in Ligunm Dalbergiae Odoriferae varied with origins.
