摘要
对近年来收集的437份粳稻种质资源的农艺性状进行综合鉴定与评价,结果表明:这些粳稻种质在性状上表现出较大差异,具有较大遗传潜势,经过选择与鉴定可用于新品种改良计划之中。同时,对核心样品进行了初步构建,结果显示,所建立的核心样品的遗传多样性有较大的代表性,对水稻育种中亲本选择有较大的参考价值。
The results of identification to and evaluation on agronomic traits of 437 japonica rice germplams showed that the traits varied greatly with great genetic potential and the germplasms were available to apply in hybridization for new rice variety breeding. Meanwhile, the primary construction was made for core samples based on the representative feature and reference value.
