摘要
针对窟窿山水库溢洪道混凝土裂缝检测情况,对多种混凝土裂缝的处理方案进行了优、缺点的对比,根据工程现场的实际情况选定灌缝结构胶和弹性聚氨酯作为灌浆浆材,2004年灌缝处理后,至今没有发现新的裂缝出现和原有裂缝继续开裂,灌浆材料与周围混凝土已牢固粘接。为减少混凝土纵横分缝间距,建议由目前规定的10~12.0 m改为5.0~6.0 m。此次灌浆处理为混凝土工程的裂缝处理提供了宝贵的实践经验。
In combination with detecting status of the spillavay concrete craks of Kulongshen Reservoir' s varieties of treatment methods for concrete cracks are compared in this paper, structural adhesive joints glue and flexible polyurethane are selected as the grout material according to actual situation of the project. After grouting treatment, new cracks didn' t occur on the spillway surface, and the grouting material with around concrete has adhered to one another well. A suggest that the spacing of transverse joint and lengitudinal joint should be decreased respectively by on half of standard 10 - 12 meters, i.e. , 5 -6 meters, is propased. The conclusion may provide a valuable experience for crack treatment of concrete projects.
