摘要 本文应用混合建模法对整体框架式液压机性能薄弱模块进行识别,并在此基础上对其进行结构优化,提高了液压机机身的设计精度和刚度;同时验证了混合建模法计算简单,效率高,精度高,尤其适合子功能的载体难于构成独立结构实体的复杂机械产品,是一种有效的性能模块识别方法;并为复杂机械产品的创新设计提供了设计方法和理论指导,具有重要的指导意义和实用价值。 Hybrid modeling method has been used to identify the weak property modules of framed hydraulic press machine in this paper, and the structures of weak property modules have been optimized, improving the design precision and rigidity of hydraulic press machine body. And it is verified that hybrid modeling, being simple, efficient and precise, is an effective method for property module identification, and is especially suitable for the complex mechanical products whose sub function carriers are difficult to constitute independent structural solids. This provides a designing method and theoretical instruction for the innovational design of complex mechanical products and has a very important instructive significance and practical value.
