摘要
斜齿轮以传动平稳、传动力矩大、传动噪音小等优点而得到广泛应用。本文以PRO/E3.0为平台,介绍了斜齿轮的建模过程。通过数据传输,在ANSYS9.0的平台上对其进行接触应力分析,为产品的设计与分析提供了一种新的思路。
Helical gears are widely used in mechanical transmission (MT) owing to its smooth transmission, large driving torque and small transmission noise. This paper, using PRO/E3.0 as a platform, introduces the modeling process of the helical gear. Through data transmission, the contact stress of the helical gear is analyzed with ANSYS9. 0, providing a new way of thinking for the product design and analysis.
