摘要
本文从稳健设计的定义出发,阐述了机械产品进行稳健设计的一般思路,并以一高速、中载发动机减速器中二级齿轮传动副为例,综合运用了三次设计、工程分析法等稳健设计常用手段,对齿轮传动副的设计参数进行了优选,使得新的设计方案比原方案进一步满足低成本、高性能的要求。
This paper presents general principle and solution methods of Robust Design based on its definition. Taking an example of a gear driving system in an aero-engine, using such common used methods as Taguchi Method and Engineering Analysis, this paper optimizes main parameters of the whole system so that the new products will more satisfy the requests of both low cost and high quality than the old one.
