摘要
对鞍钢4种典型铁精矿进行了系统的物化性能测试,包括铁精矿的粒度组成、比表面积、成球性能。结果表明,C铁精矿粒度细,比表面积大,优于A矿、B矿、D矿;C铁精矿的成球性指数K为0.81,属优成球性,而其它3种铁精矿的成球性指数都在0.35-0.60之间,属于中等成球性的物料。
The physico - chemical properties of 4 kinds of typical iron concentrates used in Angang are tested by the numbers, which include grain size distributions, specific surface, ballability. The results show that C iron concentrate with fine grain size and large specific surface is better than A, B and D iron concentrates. The ballability index K of C iron concentrate is 0.81, which belongs to excellent ballability. However, the baUability indexes of other three types iron concentrates are between 0.35 and 0.60, which belong to the medium ballability materials.
