摘要
通过对天津钢管公司100 t RH使用环境的分析,找出了RH底部耐火材料的损毁原因,并从RH操作方式、耐材质量、生产维护等方面入手进行了改进,改进后的RH最高使用寿命达到90炉,基本满足了生产需要。
The damaged reasons of refractory materials at bottom of RH are found by analyzing the working environment of 100 t RH of Tianjin Steel Pipe Group Co.,Ltd.,and some technical improvements for RH operation,refractory materials quality and operation maintenance are made.The longest service life of the improved RH reaches 90 heats and basically meets the requirements of the production.
