摘要
矿山立式破碎机锥形主轴热处理后在精加工过程中发生横向断裂。经过对其进行化学成分分析、力学性能测定、金相组织分析及断口分析,判定主轴断裂失效的主要原因是热处理制度不合理。
During its precision machining,the transversal rupture occurs on the taper spindle of a vertical crusher applied by a mine after heat treatment.It is determined that the main reason for the spindle rupture failure is caused by unsuitable heat treatment operations through analyzing chemical compositions,metallographic structures and fractures and determining its mechanical properties.
