摘要
就冷轧厂钢带生产中电镀锌工艺所用冲洗水质的在线检测和实时控制进行了探讨,并设计了单回路仪表控制方案,同时对最优控制的多步决策过程进一步分析,给出了逐步逼近的计算方法.
The on line detection and real time quality control of the rinsing water for Zinc coating process in the production of steel tapes in cold rolling plant are investigated. The control strategy composed of single loop controllers is designed. The strategic decision with multiple steps for optimal control is analyzed in further. The calculation method by progressively approaching is given.
