摘要
青年教师是高校发展的中坚力量,分析青年教师的需求和特点,及时予以必要的激励成为各高校发展工作需要考虑的重心。本文围绕高校青年教师激励问题作探讨,试提出有效激励措施帮助青年教师在高校中得以成长,承担高校未来发展之重任。
Young teachers play an important role in developing college,so analysis on the demands and characteristics of young teachers,and how to inspire young teachers timely are the focus of developing colleges.The article attempts to propose some effective measures to help young teachers grow up and assume the responsibility of the future development of colleges and universities.
