摘要
考察了仲辛醇在压力下液相催化氧化(用空气或氧气为氧化剂)时各种操作因素对反应过程及产物分布的影响。采用化学和气相色谱联合分析方法较全面的分析了液体产物和尾气的组成。结果表明在适宜的反应条件下,由每100g转化原料可以得到已酸12.71g,仲辛醇的转化率达41%。
2-Octanol could be oxidized by molecular oxygen in the presence of St2Mn or St2Mn-StNa at 170~190℃, 1.01~3.03 MPa. The main products were 2-octanone, acetic acid, hexanoic acid and other carboxylic acids. The influence of the operation conditions on the oxidation and the reaction product distribution had been studied. Under the optimum conditions[180℃, 2.02 MPa, 9 h, gas velocity 0.16 L/(g. h)], the yield of hexanoic acid was 12.7%, pentanoic acid 13.1%, butanoic acid 9.3%, acetic acid 96. 3%, based on the reactant converted, and the conversion of the reactant per pass was about 41%.
