摘要
采用反相液相色谱法，选用NOVAPAKC18柱，以甲醇＋水（98＋2）为流动相和紫外检测器（228．5nm）对溴杀灵中有效成分进行反相色谱分离和测定。本方法变异系数为0．24％，回收率为99．70％～100．64％。
Bromethalim was separated and measured by antiphase liquid phase chromatogramphy with NOVA PAKC18 Column, mobile phase of alcohol as well as water(98＋2), and altraviolet detector (228．5 nm). Variation coefficient was 0.24%. Recovery rate was 99.80%～100.64%.
