水电上网电价形成机制的研究

Study of Forming Mechanism of Power Sales Price of Hydroelectric Generation

针对我国电力行业"厂网分开,竞价上网"的改革形势,结合发电厂实际情况,比较分析了机会成本法和会计成本法、边际成本法的优缺点,探讨了用经济学机会成本法来计算水电厂发电用水的价值,由此得出水电厂上网电价,并建立了水电上网电价的预测模型。

In the light of reform situation of ＂separation of plant and network, entering a bid for sales of power＂ in power industry of China, and combining practice of the power plant, advantages and disadvantages of the opportunity cost method, the accounting cost method and the marginal cost method were analyzed and compared. Water value for power generation of a hydroelectric power plant was calculated by the economic opportunity cost method and based on this network price of the hydroelectric power plant was gairied. A prediction model of hydroelectric network price was established.
