摘要
对一起10000m3/min空压机的振动故障进行了监测诊断,成功诊断出空压机轴承不对中是故障主要根源,并进行了处理,排除了不平衡的可能性。
A vibration fault of 10000 m3/min air compressor was monitored and diagnosed. The results indicated that the main cause was uncentering of air compressor bearings. Successful treatment eliminated unbalance problem.
