妙苓汤治疗急性痛风性关节炎63例疗效观察

Clinical observation about miaoling Tang for treating Gontyarthritis of 63 Cases

目的观察妙苓汤治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法125例患者随机分为两组,对照组62例,服用别嘌呤醇等;治疗组63例,服用中药妙苓汤合别嘌呤醇等。连续用药3个月后,观察两组患者疗效及临床治疗前后的相关指标的变化。结果对照组治愈率23.1%,总有效率83.9%;治疗组治愈率30.1%,总有效率95.2%,治疗组有效率显著高于对照组,治疗组血尿酸和血沉测定均较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论妙苓汤治疗急性痛风性关节炎有较好疗效。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Miaoling Tang （MT） for Gontyarthritis. Methods 125 cases of Gontyarthritis were allocated to the control group （62 cases） and treatment group （63 cases） randomly. The treatment group were treated by MT and allopurinol etc, the other group were treated by routine treatment. The symptoms and relevant inde- xes were observed before and after 3 month＇s treatment. Results In control group the cured rate was 23. 1% and totle effective rate was 83.9%, and in treatment group was 30. 1% and 95.2% respectively （P 〈0.05）, and the comparision of serum uric acid and ESR in the treatment group were lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion MT possesses a good curative effect for Gontyarthritis.
